Program Manager Needed

The CEP/ICEP Manager’s responsibilities are
1. Work under the guidance and supervision of BFITS Directors (BFITS English Department) to achieve company objectives.
2. Day to day monitoring and counseling of CEP and ICEP teachers both at BFITS and all of BFITS CEP and ICEP schools as to maintain efficient, effective and cooperative team capable of meeting the needs of BFITS English Department and school clients.
3. Maintain BFITS Relief Teaching program to respond to fluctuated relief teaching needs of BFITS programs.
4. Continual development of BFITS educational courses/programs, teaching/learning resources and professional development and quality assurance of CEP and ICEP staff to meet growing demands of school, teachers and student clients.
5. Assistance to maintain BFITS student assessment system and records to build up BFITS database and report to the Academic Director, school and student clients.
6. Assistance in the enforcement of BFITS policies to ensure smooth, effective and efficient delivery of BFITS educational programs.
7. Co-ordinate for effective recruitment operations for quality academic staff (particularly CEP and ICEP teachers) to ensure effective delivery of programs and team-oriented organization. This includes both hiring and firing of CEP and ICEP teachers.
8. Overseeing all aspects of BFITS CEP and ICEP Programs (including CEP and ICEP teacher training, ensuring and maintaining excellence educational services) to ensure successful outcomes.
9. Teach full-time in a BFITS school for half a term.
Corporate Accountabilities:
Planning and allocation of teachers to/with schools for optimum work performance throughout an academic year.
Management Accountabilities:
1. Assistance to the management of BFITS ICEP/CEP Programs to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
2. Assistance to management of BFITS teaching staff to ensure constant optimum output and development of ICEP and CEP teachers.
Reporting relationships:
The Academic Developer (BFITS English Department) reports to the Director and Assistant Director. There are 3 positions reporting to this position: Assistant CEP/ICEP Program Manager, CEP teachers and ICEP Teachers.
Primary Focus:
1. Succeed in the management of cover teaching and teacher allocation for the ICEP/CEP Programs.
• The ICEP/CEP Program Manager is required to provide for cover teaching when a BFITS teacher is absent from teaching.
2. Ensuring smooth operations of BFITS ICEP/CEP Program through school visits, team-building, trouble-shooting, mentoring, counseling, guiding and supporting ICEP/CEP teachers to produce maximum output of teaching and rapport with our students and Thai teachers.
3. Develop the best ICEP/CEP syllabus, lesson plans and teaching resources
4. Assist BFITS Directors in achieving company objectives.
