They have an excellent centralized support system for teachers, provides great working conditions, helpful teacher resources, and a support network that sets a very high standard. Our client’s goal is to “contribute to the internationalization of Japan through a grass roots method of education.” Our client is not only focused on teaching English and cross cultural communication, but they are focused on results and continuous improvement. Location: Across Japan – Teachers Must Be Flexible! Salary: 250,000 yen plus contract completion bonus Contract Length: One year contract with possibility of renewal Possible Start Date: Fall 2010 Basic Job Description: General Duties • Teaching English conversation to children and adults using textbooks, our client’s own teaching materials, and the teacher’s own creativity and style. • Creating lesson plans • Conversing with students and parents outside of class. • Participating in school events. • Providing demonstration lessons for potential students and parents Basic Requirements: a)University Degree in any discipline b)Native English speaker c)Teaching experience preferred e)Young, bright, eager |
