English Teaching PositionsDate: 2010-07-13 06:07:39, Location: Thailand, Southeast Asia- 12 month renewable contract - 30,000 – 35,000 Baht / Month, based upon education/experience - School pays for Teacher’s license and work permit - Group accident and life insurance provided - Upon 2nd year completion - you will receive round trip air fare to the international airport of your home country (up to B 32000). - Course book and Teacher’s guides provided to support the English Program - Max 22 hours (periods) teaching per week - Many classes will have a Thai teaching partner to assist in classroom management and translation - Opportunities to work for extra money after school and weekends - Administrative support – especially for teaching duties and immigration processes - All staff are always paid on or before the designated pay day - Daily free lunch What we would like you to bring to the table: - Bachelor’s degree - Teaching Certificate (TEFL, CELTA. etc) or Teaching experience (TC to be obtained later) - Commitment to teaching as a professional - Team oriented attitude - Attention to appearance - Basic computer skills (Word processing) - Interest in Sports / music considered a plus Responsibilities of the positions we offer include: 50 minutes per period of face to face teaching of young learners (p1-6) Lesson planning / materials preparation Marking papers Working hours are from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3:30PM on Fridays) Attendance at school events (a few per year) Participation in a short summer camp and 1 intensive class (usually 3 classes for 2 /weeks) |
