Adaptable and outgoing teachers for children from 4 years old, teenagers and adults .Initial contract period is until June 2011 but this can be extended by mutual consent over the summer months and into the following academic year. McGinty School of English is a rapidly expanding private English language school, we pride ourselves on the quality of our teaching and the unrivalled reputation we have in the local community. We need dedicated career professionals who are only interested in the highest possible standards and are looking for long term prospects. Teachers should be willing to share teaching ideas, assist in the preparation of new teaching materials and to attend training/development days in school and local or national teacher conferences/training days(all expenses paid). Continuing teachers are offered subsidised young learners certificate courses, introduction to EFL Management or DELTA courses. We operate from two custom built premises, located in one of the main residential areas of Almeria yet only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 200 metres from the beach. We have bright and spacious classrooms and a very well resourced teachers´ room with computer and internet access. Requirements: Native speaker of English. Applicants must have experience with all ages. Previous experience with Cambridge exams an advantage EU national or non EU with valid work permit. University degree. QTS and/or CELTA/CELTYL/DELTA. Working knowledge of Spanish. References from previous employers with telephone contact details. EU national preferred Compensation Minimum NET monthly salaries from 1150 euros/month for 25 teaching hours/week and increase according to experience and qualifications. Additional teaching hours taught paid as overtime. An additional 50% of one month´s net monthly salary paid on successful completion of each full academic year contract. Paid holidays over Christmas, Easter and any local or national holidays which fall within the contractual period.
