Native Speaker Teachers Wanted

This is 21st century foreign language institute (hagwon) in Suwon, Korea. Our institute is located 30-40 mins away from Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The population of Suwon is around 2 million.
There are a lot of facilities surrounding our school. There are restaurants such at VIPs TGIFriday's, Bennigans, and Outback Steakhouse. Also, there are fast food chains such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and McDonald's. In addition, Chinese, Vietnam and Korean restaurants are nearby. For recreation, we have a movie theater, gym, indoor swimming pool and parks within in walking distance (5 min). We are looking for easy going, positive, open-minded teachers.
We have 8 native English speaker and a native manager to try handle all of your problems. We are looking for easy, outgoing, positive, open-minded Native Speakers. We teach mostly adults, and work with law offices, gov't offices, and major companies such as Samsung and LG.
We have a friendly staff and are always trying to enjoy our time with native speakers. We have annual Christmas and BBQ parties along with occasional dinner parties. The working conditions are the following:
- Teach up to 120 hours per month
- Salary : Starting from 2.0 2.5 million won (based on experience)
- Overtime hours paid.
- 1 month severance pay upon completion of 1 year contract
- Visa sponsorship
- Roundtrip airfare provided
- Medical insurance (50/50 co-payment option)
- 13-15 paid vacation days are based on Korean holidays
- 1 week paid vacation.
- Single housing provided
- Schedule(Monday~ Friday) :
1. Teaching hours for adults are approx. between 7~9am and 5-9pm
2. Plus one Saturday session which 8-10 consecutive weeks, teaching 3-6 hours, depending on the session program
