English Teachers Needed in Downtown BangkokDate: 2010-07-31 21:07:53, Location: Thailand, Southeast AsiaEnglish teachers for private all-girls Catholic school locaited in Sala Daeng area of downtown Bangkok Intensive Communicative English Program teaching 24 hours a week at a very prestigious all girls school in the heart of Bangkok in the Silom area. The school is conveniently located within a two minute walk to the BTS and MRT. Class sizes are 25-30 maximum with full air conditioning and a teachers office. The staff and students at the school are very friendly and there is a great working atmosphere. The students have a high level of English and are motivated to develop even further. All resources are already created and waiting for the successful candidate. Benefits: 35,000 baht salary per month plus 500 baht per hour over 100 teaching hours/monthly 11 month academic year contract that can be extended for additional years and additional benefits (contract from May to Mid-March with 1/2 March and April off). *No reduction in pay during contract months due to reduced teaching hours or school closure/holidays. Monthly supplemental attendance bonus of 750 baht per month. End of Contract bonus up to 30,000 baht with additional years. Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase minimum. BUPA medical insurance paid. BUPA dental insurance paid. 1-2 weeks paid vacation (additional week for each additional year of employment up to 4 weeks). All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually) *These are mandatory government holidays in addition to paid vacation. 2-4 Paid personal/sick days (unused personal days reimbursed at 500 baht per day at end of contract). Assistance in obtaining a Non-B visa (Teacher must provide proper documentation-Original degree/TEFL). Visa extension, work permit, and teachers license paid by BFITS. Required "Thai Culture Course" for Work Permit/Visa paid by company. Assistance locating housing provided (if needed). Airport pickup provided (if needed). Yearly professional development training provided for free during school breaks. Topics of training based on teacher requests and needs. Western Management |
