DIVISION DIRECTORS - ABU DHABI, UAE

Take a leading role in education reform in the Middle East. High-level administrators are needed for lucrative positions in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Division directors will each oversee one of the following departments:
1. Policy, Planning, and Performance Management Division - oversee the development and implementation of successful policy, plans, and guidelines across the P-12 policy sector.
2. Assessment Division - oversee the development and implementation of student assessment within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
3. Professional Standards Division - oversee the professional standards and licensing of P-12 schools across the Emirate.
4. Special Education Division - oversee the development of policies, guidelines, standards, and regulations for P-12 special education.

JOB DETAILS
Monthly Salary: 52,000 AED (approximately $14,150 USD) tax-free
Start Date: ASAP
Accommodation: Provided
Health Insurance: Provided by employer
Bonus: End of contract bonus (one month basic salary per year of service)
Flights: Roundtrip flight provided (at beginning & end of the contract)

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level: Masters Degree (PhD preferred)
Academic Major: Education or Laws
Experience Requirements: At least 14 years' experience in a relevant field, at least 7 years' experience as a senior manager
Language: Bilingual in English & Arabic preferred
