An established provider of English language courses to international students in Sydney, Australia is seeking suitably qualified and experienced teachers to become part of its English teaching team.
The centre operates on a weekly schedule of 20 hours of face-to-face teaching delivered over five days (Monday to Friday). Day shifts run from 0900 to 1400 and evening shifts run from 1645 to 2100.
We are currently recruiting a teacher to work three to five evenings a week commencing early to mid-January 2013.
A CELTA or its equivalent
A completed 3 year full-time degree
Experience teaching international students
All applicants need to provide a cover letter that addresses each of the essential requirements, a resume and copies of their degree as well as CELTA (or equivalent).
Short-listed applicants who are invited for interviews will need to provide originals of all qualifications as well as statements of service to verify claims of qualifications and experience.
Preferred applicants will need to undergo a Working with Children Background Check.
Newly qualified teachers are welcomed to apply.
