World''s largest Oil and Gas Company requires English Language Teachers to teach adults aged 18+. All students are Saudi Nationals and are destined to work for the Oil Company once they have been educated. The Oil Company has an inbuilt state-of-the-art education system designed to re-educate the Saudi population. This education system is based on western systems and the facilities are of a very high standard.
BA Degree in English or Linguistics with TEFL, TESOL ETC. MA/CELTA/DELTA Preffered.
Degree in other subjects are acceptable if you have an MA/CELTA/DELTA also.
Minimum 4 years full time teaching experience at secondary school level and above.
This is a full time contract, working 40 hours per week (20 teaching hours). All teaching materials and curriculum is supplied by the Oil Company. Working days are Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday & Friday being the Saudi weekend). Specific location is set by the Oil Company at interview because you will be placed where your skills set is most needed.
The contract is single status providing a generous allowance for your food, accommodation and transport on top of your base salary. Medical insurance and flights for expatriation, repatriation and leave periods are included on top of allowance and base salary. There are three leave periods of two weeks per year (fully paid). The contract is administered on a 12 month renewable contract.
Employment is with contractor Haka Group, who will be your sponsor also. Haka Group are a well established Saudi employment contractor with an excellent reputation.
Salary is set at interview if successful; the Oil Company are the decision maker on salary so we cannot give you an indication. They set the salary on your individual experience and qualifications. Salary is not a disappointment.
We charge no fees to our candidates; all medical and visa costs are paid by Haka directly, travel expenses to interview are re-imbursed (within UK only). We take no cut from the salary offered to you by the Oil Company, what they offer you is what you get.
