About the Role This role, in the Test Development Unit (TDU), was established to help achieve the operational objectives in producing online tests. The core responsibilities for this post are to: Liaise with key personnel, externally and internally, to ensure the effective running of TDU operations Assist in the promotion of the TDU to increase the awareness of and interest in the ELT test portfolio Fulfil the requirements of the test development process according to established guidelines and procedures Support the development of appropriate IT systems for the effective running of operations Support the end-to-end process of examiner recruitment and management Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with test centres worldwide, and provide a high level of customer service About You Essential: Educated to degree level or significant, appropriate experience Have proven experience of working with a range of software packages, including databases Have strong attention to detail, be well-organised and target-driven Have high-level interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner Desirable: Experience of - Bringing new products to market Working with educational establishments, preferably worldwide Working in a customer service related environment First interviews to be held week commencing 21 January 2013 Salary: Depending on skills and experience.
