MAIN DUTIES

As the program is still in a start-up phase, you will be required to teach a maximum of 20 hours per week in times of high demand.

You will report to the Academic Director, and be responsible for designing and delivering teacher training that will focus on new curriculum guidelines.

Assist the Academic Director in coordinating the curriculum, including revision and guidelines for placement tests when appropriate.

In the absence of the Academic Director you will also be responsible for the supervision of instructional staff.

Provide feedback for business development and marketing initiatives.

Participate in panel interviews for new hires.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA - To apply for the positions you MUST meet the clients following requirements:

Native English speaker

Age of applicant must be between 27-57 (client requirement out of our control)

National of the UK, USA, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand

Computer literate

Must hold a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university, and an MA in either TESOL or Applied Linguistics, or the Cambridge DELTA.

MINIMUM 5 years EFL teaching experience required ( preferably post qualification)

Experience of living and working in the Middle East is preferred, as is experience creating teacher professional development programs.

Must hold a police clearance report (valid for at least 6 months)

PACKAGE:

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications *TAX FREE*
