To join our team, we require:
- A Bachelors degree with two years teaching experience.
- A Bachelors degree with a TESL or TEFL certification (no less than 140 hour course)
- A degree higher than Bachelors
Our company provides after school English training for local students from ages 3-15, in classes of up to 20 students. Each class is one and a half hours. Our workweek is from Wednesday to Friday, 2:30pm-8:00pm and Saturday, Sunday 9:00am-5:00 pm.
First year teachers will go through a month orientation period. During this time, the teacher will be provided with training and gain insight on our companys structure.
As a first year teacher our pay structure is as follows:
-First month (probationary period) pays 9000RMB
-Second month onwards, teachers are eligible to make up to 11,600RMB (12 classes)
Our company provides:

Upon completion of our thirteen-month contract, we offer a bonus of 6000Rmb, and a one-way flight reimbursement of 6000RMB.
Teachers applying from outside of Shanghai will be provided with pick up from the airport and assistance in finding an apartment.
