1. Develops lesson plans and appropriate instructional aids stressing "discovery" and laboratory learning methods. 2. Cooperates in school-wide supervision of students during out-of-classroom activities 3. Creates an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays such as bulletin boards, interest centers, etc. 4. Demonstrates concepts using models, boards, overhead projector, multi-media projectors and other standard or teacher prepared instructional aids. 5. Develops and uses instructional materials suitable for verbal and/or visual instruction of students with wide range of mental, physical and emotional maturity. 6. Designs learning activities that will relate the subject to the physical world. 7. Provides individual and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of pupils with varying intellectual abilities, and to accommodate a variety of instructional activities. 8. Identifies student needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude and learning problems. 9. Prepares academic reports for probation students within the first month and second month student is in attendance 10. Prepares weekly agendas and submit according to deadline. 11. Responsible for adhering to all the rules, policies and regulations as mentioned in the Teacher and Faculty Handbook. 12. Initiates extra-curriculars club during the academic year. 13. Follows the annual pacing instructional plan provided to him/her. If changes are required, notifies the coordinator and DOC. 14. Check student notebooks and books on a daily basis. 15. Write the date on the graded assignment. 16. Enter assignments on gradequick on a daily basis in order to maintain an up-to-date record of each student’s performance. 17. Maintain a file for evidence of intervention methods and assessment tools utilized during your instruction. 18. Uses a variety of assessment tools which help students demonstrate their strengths. 19. Makes sure all learners achieve the same competencies but provides opportunities to the student to reach that goal in different ways.
