Exams Administrator (IELTS)

As part of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) team, you will be responsible for test day administration including: managing candidate numbers; dealing with candidate issues; keeping track of financials; and overseeing all test day preparation and post-test administration. You will deal with direct candidate enquiries and bookings. You will also be involved in liaising with external partner organisations.
International House London (IHL) is dedicated to raising the standard of teaching and learning languages world-wide and to fostering international understanding through education. Based in Covent Garden, we provide English as a Foreign Language, Business English and Teacher Training courses. IHL is a charitable educational trust and is a founding member of the International House World Organisation, which currently consists of over 150 schools, located in over 50 countries world-wide.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to use different IT packages confidently and competently.
Ability to work quickly and accurately with basic numerical information and financial records.
Ability to prioritise work and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team.
Ability to remain calm, diplomatic and professional at all times
The following skills and experience are desirable:
Experience of working with clients in an international context.
