Reprezent is an award-winning social enterprise that improves the life chances of people through accredited skills training, social development and via our London-wide youth-led radio station, Reprezent 107.3FM.
Our highly successful training programmes actively develop learners to progress into further education and employment opportunities. We offer a structured programme of support for learners develop new skills, increase motivation and confidence and work towards achieving their goals.
Reprezent delivers two main strands of training; our Adult Learning programme that supports learners with limited life choices using English language and basic skills courses, alongside our youth media and radio training programmes that develop disadvantaged young people to improve their skills and confidence.
The Learning Programme Coordinator will coordinate Reprezents established training programmes to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
Reprezent is currently consolidating its training programmes and this role will ensure systems and processes are standardised and are of a high quality.
You will supervise the delivery and coordination of the Reprezent training programmes, monitoring and evaluating all aspects of delivery. You will analyse results and prepare monitoring reports whilst also managing positive relationships with accrediting bodies and delivery staff.
Full time, with a one year fixed contract. Extension based on success of the role. Mainly office hours with some evening work.
Ensuring learner programmes are delivered to agreed timescale and standards, along with the management of staff involved in programme delivery
Producing monitoring, evaluation, impact and funder reports, and leading external and internal monitoring meetings
Line management of freelance tutors and projects officer (for programme related work), supporting them as necessary
Supervise recruitment, logistics and tutor and learner support, leading on specific issues if they arise
Organise peer observations with learners
Maintaining a high satisfaction rate with learners
Ensuring that Reprezents policies and procedures are adhered to throughout programme delivery
Delivering in-line with nationally recognised lifelong learning accrediting bodies
Quality systems and project management techniques
Delivering a range of training programmes concurrently to different groups of learners
Analytical report writing, data collection and generating summary reports for accrediting bodies
Curriculum development, and evidence that you have coordinated the successful delivery of previous programmes
Line management of tutors and assistant teaching staff
A good understanding of the Adult Learning sector
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Experience with a learner management system, preferably Views
Experience within media/radio based training
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with partners and staff members
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Structured approach to work and constructive attitude towards problem solving
Detailed and analytical approach to work
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably in a related subject.
