About this role

The British Red Cross is looking to recruit three volunteers (1 male and 2 female) to deliver ESOL classes to Bridge men’s group which supports refugee and asylum seeker men in Greater Manchester and the Women’s Integration Support Project (WISP). WISP supports refugee and asylum seeker women in Manchester and Bolton.

Due to the nature of both Projects, the WISP role is only open to female volunteers and a male volunteer is required for the Bridge men’s group.

The male teacher will need to be available every Wednesday from 2:00pm -3:00pm to deliver a 1 hour session to a mixed ability class in Manchester.

The female teacher for Bolton WISP will need to be available every Monday morning 10:30am -11:30am to deliver a 1 hour session to a mixed ability class.

The female teacher for Manchester WISP will need to be available every Thursday afternoon, to deliver a 2 hour session 10:00am – 12:00pm to a mixed ability class.
