Assessment Expert, Primary ELT

Support a Learning Expert to create and deliver assessment frameworks
Ensure courses are in line with assessment strategy and comply with exam specifications
Develop assessment design plans
Create briefing documents and commission freelance writers to deliver assessment content
Monitor and analyse customer usage and report on performance of assessment content
Maintain an awareness of current language learning and assessment technology and methodologies
Develop relationships with experts in the field of assessment
Experience / skills required:
Proven experience in conceptualising, planning and developing customer-focused educational products
Extensive experience of commissioning and developing products for the Primary ELT market
A thorough understanding of the principles of English language assessment and the main international English language exams
A degree in linguistics or ELT teaching experience and a relevant qualification is desirable
An in-depth knowledge of pedagogical trends and established relationships in the area of assessment
A proactive approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
