We are actively recruiting for a Ministry of Education funded project in Malaysia to raise the standards of teaching both English language, and literacy in lower primary schools across the country. English Language Mentors will be training and coaching local Malaysian teachers in their teaching methodologies and educational practices. There is an opportunity to have an impact on rural education in Malaysia and the development of English language education within the country. The objective of the program is to train and coach 4,000 Malaysian primary English teachers across 600 schools in 6 states.
English Teaching Mentors must have at least 3 years previous primary level teaching experience, degree level education as well as TEFL qualification or higher. Airfare, accommodation and other benefits are provided.
The Malaysian government is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
