POSITION 1: Nursery, Pre-K and Kindergarten Teacher
Muffys Learning Centers currently we have over 350 students from 2 to 7 years old at our three Centers around Beijing. Over 30 Foreign teacher work with Chinese Teacher Assistant plus daily life teachers to engage our students to develop their own talents and social competence to become a curious life-long-learner.
The theory of Multiple Intelligences is the cornerstone of our curriculum. We also incorporate elements from Montessori, Piaget and Reggio into our nursery, pre-K and kindergarten curriculum. Our goal is to adapt the curriculum for children which different heritage and culture to allow them to succeed.

We believe in the power of play and focus on providing our students with a range of exciting learning options. In this way our students become fluent in English through a variety of stimulating, hands-on activities and lively conversations with you as caring and experienced teacher. We expect you to perform activities that ensure the safety, involvement and creativity of individual in the group based on our holistic approach philosophy.
We are seeking caring, patient and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with children between ages 2.5 to 5. You must be able to recognize and respond to individual and cultural differences in students and employ different teaching methods that will result in higher student achievement. You should be organized, dependable, patient, and creative. In additional you must be able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other teachers, support staff and parents.
Candidates should be self-confident individuals who are open to personal and professional development. We are looking for team players who enjoy collaborating with others and who embrace the creative challenge of teaching young children.
Native English Speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand with Bachelors degree with teaching license/certificate or Early Childhood Experience, Candidates with music, art or dance/drama background are strongly encouraged to apply.
Contract Start Date: Immediate and March 2014
Contract: 40 hours/week (27.5 Contact hours)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Compensation: 13,000 to 18,000 RMB/month, net of taxes, salary commensurate with experience.
POSITION 2: Global Track After-School ESL Teacher
Description: Global Track is an after-school community center for children ages 3-14. We run Academic, Sports, and Fine Arts classes in an English immersion environment with curriculum guided by Bloom''s taxonomy of learning objectives, focusing on language acquisition, content knowledge, and character development.
We are seeking flexible, caring, dedicated and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with young kids. We welcome seasoned as well as younger professionals excited to start exploring careers through ESL education. Candidates should be team players who can adapt to a different cultural environment. Background in Sports and Fine Arts is a strong asset. Candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Native English speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Bachelors degree with minimum 2 year ESL teaching program.
Contract start dates: Immediate and March 2014
Working hours: Weekday evenings and weekends, 5 days per week
Weekly teaching hours: 25
Contract duration: 1 year
Compensation: 10,000 ~ 12,000 RMB/month, net of taxes, salary commensurate with experience
