English teaching job

Date 2014-04-03 09:04:34 Location : Asia:Japan

elifet International Academy is looking for an experienced native English teacher to begin working sometime in mid-March.
Our school is small, independent, and friendly. Our work and teaching environment is casual, for both students and teachers/staff. Our students often range in age from 5-60 years old. We have students who are in elementary, middle, and high school, some of them having spent a few years in English-speaking countries, interested in maintaining, bushing up on, and improving their English. We also have students who are businessmen primarily interested in improving their English conversation ability.
We prefer a teacher who is energetic, friendly, and patient. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching both children and adults. We'd like to stress that an interest in working with children is a must. Our school is located in Toyonaka, Osaka, a suburb of Osaka city, so we'd like a teacher who is available in the Osaka area.
The successful candidate will receive 1,500 yen or more per hour for lessons (depending on experience and qualifications). The salary could increase in the future depending on your performance at the school. Working days may range from 1-5 days a week, but we may offer you a full-time position in the near future. And most work days are from 12-9pm. We will offer a daily transportation allowance of up to 1,000 yen. Also, we may be able to sponsor your visa depending on your current status.
