ESL Program Coordinator for Japan - Pasadena, CaliforniaDate: 2010-02-02 18:02:11, Location: North AmericaFLS International, one of the leading U.S. providers of Intensive English Language Programs and Study Tours, invites applications for the position of an ESL Program Coordinator for Japan at our corporate offices in Pasadena, California. The Japan Program Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager. Duties of the position include: recruitment of groups and individual students, developing and promoting programs to FLS clients, arranging special tours and programs, maintaining client relationships through calling and e-mail campaigns, promoting programs through fairs and workshops, and providing administrative support during program operations. Candidates for the Program Coordinator position should possess at least two years of administrative or marketing experience, preferably in an EFL/ESL, education or travel environment. The candidate must possess bi-lingual fluency in Japanese and English, strong verbal abilities and computer skills. Position includes international travel, so willingness to travel is a must. Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-service orientation are required. International work experience is a plus. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize duties. Compensation includes starting salary of $28 – 32,000/year depending on experiences, health benefits and paid vacation. |
