The shareholders and the board of trustees comprise of successful people who graduated from the top schools, including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Yale and others. School is focused on preschool, kindergarten and elementary school in the first year and intends to go up to 12th grade in next year. We are looking for an ESL professional with leadership qualities. The job is to design, hire, lead and implement a number of ESL programs -- person should be able to start in March or April, 2010. The programs include (1) Summer ESL immersion beginning in June 2010 for students 5-16 years old - the program will incorporate music, art, dance and sports (2) during school ESL and after school ESL for elementary school students during the academic year, August 2010 to June 2011. Salary and bonus structure highly competitive. Must have extensive experience in ESL. Experience with an International school is very helpful. Must be a self-starter, and have ability the build and lead teams and programs. Job Requirement General: English fluency, team player, flexibility, good with people.
