Basic Qualifications M.A. in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or equivalent. Minimum of two full-time years or equivalent in complex language program administration including responsibility for curriculum design and development Minimum of three years in ESL instruction and teacher training in an IEP university setting Experience in computer assisted language learning (CALL) and educational technology. Experience providing effective advising to international students including program requirements and procedures. Experience researching, developing and delivering professional development in-services for instructors. Demonstrated project management skills.
