Responsibilities include teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) reading, writing, listening, and speaking courses to various levels of second language learners.
We are looking for exceptional colleagues with an understanding of the mission of a community college and an ability to promote student success in a learner-centered environment. A willingness to use technology to support learning, including teaching online; knowledge of assessment strategies for student learning outcomes; good communication skills; ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment; a willingness to work collaboratively to make a contribution, and to grow and learn professionally are required.

A master’s degree in ESL, TESOL, or linguistics, and a bachelor’s degree in English, linguistics, English education, or a related field are required. A minimum of four semesters of part-time, or one year of full-time, college-level ESL teaching experience is required.
