Plan and facilitate English language classes, levels ranging from pre-beginner to upper advanced. (All teaching material and resources is provided by the company)
Teach English using in-house company curriculum and third-party resources.
Apply the communicative approach in lessons.
Assess student progress
Plan lessons according to level and/or course outcomes.
Attend training and professional development workshops during work hours.
Prepare and execute demonstration classes for potential students.
Liaise between bilingual teacher department and course consultants with regards to student progress updates.
Work Location and Description:
Centre: Kids & Teens Language Training School
Locations: Changsha (Hunan), Xingsha (Hunan), or Kunming (Yunnan).
Teaching workload: 18 teaching hours per week.
Planning workload: 12 office hours per week.
Class sizes: Max 12 students per class.
Fully sponsored, legal Z-Visa (Working Permit) through company license.

Minimum Applicant Requirements:
Bachelors degree or final-year graduates
Passport holder of the following countries: South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, UK, Canada, USA.
First language English proficiency.
Minimum 120 Hour TESOL/TEFL Certificate
Teaching or training experience
