I am currently seeking an online ESL teaching position in Chile. Why in Chile? I am currently living in California with my Chilean husband, but we are planning to permanently move within the next couple of months to Santiago where his family resides. Online teaching can be continued from Santiago, however, I would also be availble for in-class teaching.
I am a highly results-driven professional TESOL teacher with experience in the development and delivery of language programs to a wide variety of students encompassing diverse backgrounds, beginners to advanced, from students and migrants to business professionals. My qualifications include a Professional CELTA/IDELT Certificate and a BA and MA (thesis not completed) in Socio-Cultural Anthropology.
As an ESL Instructor at Cambridge International Language Institute and the University of Celaya, I gained a wealth of experience teaching young and adult students through intensive language courses in Mexico. At a private level I developed customized materials for each client group, and in many cases programs tailored to individual clients.
With my skills, the knowledge of the Spanish language, international life experience and the love for language education, I believe I would be an ideal fit for your school. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you to deliver the highest standards of English language teaching and look forward to being able to discuss the position with you further.
