This is a very sophisticated 2 part scam that looks very believable. Your loss will be at least $500 and about 12 hours of your time. The scheme has been going on since 2012 and the police don't do a thing to stop them because the owner is a former government official and still is a community leader with the Communist Party in Haidian District of Beijing. They will tell you that they are part of the Chinese government. They are not. They will tell you that they are "partners" with the top 100 universities in the world and even have faked photo-shopped letters to prove it but will never let you make a copy of them. These universities actually either say they do not know CUCAS or actually denounce them as a scam.  Here is more details about this fraud. https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?588064-Beware-of-the-China-CUCAS-amp-Beijing-ChiWest-Scam-Targeting-Students

BTW... both CUCAS and Beijing Chi West are owned by the same Chinese guy and his wife who are identified with photos here in case he uses different names with you as he sometimes does when meeting new people according to his former employee Li Peng; https://chinascampatrol.wordpress.com/2014/03/21/is-cucas-study-in-china-program-a-scam-too-many-expats-say-yes/
