I worked for King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences as an English teacher.  The university is a sham. The students are passed even though they never show up and fail the exams. The non-native English teachers can’t produce basic English. And the chair of the department just makes excuses for all the bad teachers. For instance, a number of the teachers are running illegal English schools and scamming the university students with forced paid tutors from these schools.  So if you are thinking of working here then be aware because other universities in the Middle East know of this places reputation. You are trapped here.
