Hi there, just wondering if anyone can confirm for me what ESOL pre-entry level is? I'm an English teacher and I need to give a pre-entry level lesson (in England). Am I right in thinking it's beginner English (like the verb 'to be', everyday objects, possessive pronouns etc.) or is it more basic than that? ie. the alphabet, phonics etc.
Any help would be great, thanks!
