English 4 All (E4A) definately sounds to be like a data collection scam to get as much information as possible for the purpose of identity theft or some other nefarious purpose. I say this because you mention that they responded that they had no availabe positions except for teaching jobs in Cameroon at $4,000-$5,000...a MONTH! : Sign me up! That is better than a PhD makes in KSA!
In addition, their websites says they are a 'global company' which has over 400 centers and 27,000 teachers worldwide...but no openings?...and no-one has heard of them?...and they don't even have a "genuine" website? : Again, common sense says...stay away.
    From http://english4all.biz.nf/why%20teach.html:
Established in 1965, E4A has helped over 15 million people worldwide to learn a new language and travel abroad. With 27,000 teachers and education professionals, and over 400 centers and schools around the world, EF is the world's largest privately-owned education organization. This large community allows us to recruit the best teachers possible to teach English with us.
Teach English with a global company
As a global company, E4A offers great opportunities to teach English in some of the world's most vibrant and fascinating countries.
